Bye to all,

from about a month solid edge does not export me the drafts in pdf anymore, when I export it tells me that the memory is insufficient and that solid edge will be closed....and then obviously it closes. I also tried to export through the batch.exe program but he goes wrong too.

I don't think it's a memory problem since I didn't touch the pc and until a month ago it exported great.
these characteristics of the pc:

processor intel(r) core(tm) i7-9700k cpu @ 3.60ghz 3.60 ghz
installed ram 32,0 gb (31.8 gb usable)

I also tried to uninstall acrobat reader and reinstall it but the result does not change.

use solid edge 2020.

someone who had similar experiences? What do you think depends on?

Thank you.

do not know if it can be the solution of your problem, but it is still a good habit to remember to periodically empty the Temp folder.
I always keep a connection on the desktop, and when solid edge makes the cups to 90% it solves by cleaning the temp. n.b.: cleaning should be done if closed.

nothing, I tried both to empty the temp folder and to install dopdf but it closes me equally. when I save by name and select to save it as pdf (which I have always done until yesterday) tells me insufficient memory and closes. idem if I export as pdf and idem^2 if I use batch.exe se

hi, when you save as pdf the "solid edge printer" is used, something probably happened to him.

go to windows printers and uninstall all those that have "solid edge" as part of the name.
then from the folder c:\program files\siemens\solid edge 20xx\program\ start "printerinstaller.exe".

Let me know if that's how it works

Hi.

p.s.: to use pdf creator you must use 'print on paper' and how printer select pdf creator

great!, I solved by following what you told me to do.

I hope my experience will be useful to someone else.

Thank you!
