I have experienced 1 working method illustrated by you that is the following:
1-cree a white part named "part" I go into property and enter the property that I call "mass" with type: text and value/expression of the text: "sw-mass@parte.sldprt."
ok at this point if I design the piece and check the material I figure in this string inside the properties in result the correct value of the mass. at this point except the part by name in "parte.prtdot". This part I imposed so that when I make new opens the window that understands this part that I have just created.
2- I create the white design named a4 because I format the cartilage with the size of an a4 and in the cartilage in the pane I created and called mass check to the text where I normally write with the keyboard the value of the mass, a link to the property. opens the window and check the ball uses custom properties from: current document. I click on file properties, opens an identical window to that of the property of the previously opened part but this time empty. also here in property I write: mass type: text value.. . : sw-mass@parte1.sldprt because obviously when I create with new and I press on part that I created before it will automatically call it part1. I press ok and if I click on the dart opening the drop-down menu in the previous window, I can choose: mass I just created. at this point except the cartiglio in a4.drwdot in the same place where I saved "part" before, so when I press new I figure "part" and "a4".
Good. all this works if the name of the saved file I give to the part I created previously remains part1. what I want to do is:
If I do: new open "part" (created previously that contains the string mass) the save with the name I want, when then, on that side, I press create drawing on the part,
My question is:
how do I set the connection to the property of the part in the drawing so that automatically, regardless of the name of the part, automatically inserts the mass of the part of origin from which I created the design without that manually giving the new name of the part in the connection of the drawing?
I hope you help me in this because I've been squandering my head for the solution.
