save we have 2 springs that have the function of parastraps on a catenary that transports coils from 20tons enlivened by an 11kw motor
the springs in question have broken and I cannot find, seen the enlarged ones I have, of the helical springs of equal characteristics.
the current springs are made by a flat coiled band with 40 mm of 115 mm length of 150 mm an excursion of 50 mm (total run 100 mm) and a declared load of 50knewton for each single spring. The springs are studded and are supported by a steel bar of 36 mm. as a design name we torvato feder nr 270.

I have already visited I am using their sizing programam but I have not been able to size a building spring with the load of 50,000 (total 100,000) , I have also contacted them but I have not received answers.

thanks but they work small tropo threads here to have these loads it takes minimum a thread of 20 mm I am thinking giving up much of the elongation to use cup springs,

If the picture is right, that's a bovolo spring.
Are you sure how the alert is a spring and not a protection for some kind of stem?

they have bovolo springs make from parastraps as size they are beautiful big and not all the constrict but now I have found various suppliers and I am sending requests of offer.

If you're in the gas barrel and don't answer the mollizers you can ask the spring machine manufacturers if they have any manufacturer to indicate.
