the design in the plant you can "spalm" on the surface curved through the "scratch needle" command found in the "superfici" tab. to be able to work the sketch from "spalmare" must be tangent to the surface on which "spalmarlo".

to remove the material you can then use the "normal waste" setting a depth.

Unfortunately I can't select the surface that servers me to use sketch template but it only makes me select flat surfaces so I can't use your method! I projected the sketch on the right surface and now I try to use the normal excavation. Thanks anyway!

You can't select it because the sketch is not tangent to the surface. Try moving it and you'll see it works.
the method of projection is simpler but the sketch thus deforms in proportion to the curvature of the surface itself.
