by order of the judge delegated from the court of Bologna on 3.5.2011 was decreed the provisional exercise of the society think3 inc. in bankruptcy pursuant to art. 104 l.f.
the management of think 3 inc in bankruptcy was entrusted to the curator, dott. a. ferries, and to the committee of creditors, under the supervision of the delegate judge.

think 3 inc failing so resumes:

• the operations related to the customer care, provided by his staff of many years of experience and through the official website thinkcare;
• administrative management of licenses and activation codes;
• sales and distribution of products directly and through authorized think3 retailers.
