hi to all, I have to draw a conical pair with teeth rights with these characteristics:
module 2
transmission ratio 1:4
pinion 16 teeth
crown 64
the rest you see in the attached drawing

Is there any program that can generate my teeth given the geometric features? I don't have to calculate it I should just draw it, online I find only those with 15 and 60 teeth
Thank you.

It's not worth going crazy to shape it exactly, you do a rough thing, and then you have to build it, you're not going to look at your table, he already knows how to do it. For example, almost all bookstores that draw cylindrical gears make approximations of circle arches or segments, I have never seen one that would realize a true evolution.

if by force of things you have to generate teeth you have two solutions:
- kisssoft that definitely does the profile exactly as it has to be but it might not be enough for the free version
- freecad with the module fcgear which is completely free and the tooth profile is quite reliable.

otherwise follow the representation in accordance with that it does not preview the representation of the tooth but of the cone shape, primitive diameter and just. the rest, if it is to be built it still attaches it as a table.

I was looking out of curiosity...but are you sure the gears represented are right? I overlayed the primitive cones but something does not come back.conic.webpI suggest you check the accuracy of gears first.
I attach the geometry card that I think is the right one. I don't think there are profile corrections.conic_geom.webp

it was enough to look on the sites of the manufacturers, there is clavals that has conical pairs ratio 1:4 with z16 and z64.
the link for files qui.Screenshot_20191227_200510.webpI didn't download the 3d model but you could see how it is done.... Usually the claval models are complete.
