update w10: inventor no longer works

I feel like I'm the only one in the world that this "inconvenience" has happened to me.
about 2 weeks ago, the operating system ran an update and since then autodesk products (inventor and autocad) of any version do not start anymore. first I repaired with restore points, but eventually the system erased that "good", then I reinstalled the programs without getting solution. someone had the same disadventure and can help me?? ? ? ?

that version you have of the inventor (example I know that iv2012 does not work + in w10)
