urgente problema st6 knowledge center

good evening to all are new of the forum,I am an engineering student and I have a problem with the version st6
does not view me any links related to the guide and not even in knowledge center to be able to do the tutorials, tells me that the service is suspended but it does not concern my internet connection, must be tied to the version of the software...how can I take these tutorials from other parts, you can do something?it only displays the "proof spin in solid edge" that only explains the synchro.thanks mode

Is that an educational version?
if I don't remember bad educational license expires after a year.
