where to find material libraries

Good evening to all, I was wondering if there were any material libraries already ready only to import on ansys workbench instead of creating every time the material from scratch. for example I would need a cr-mo alloy and in the default libraries there is not and so many other materials.

I always created them because it might be that the default is not so real (but you still have to change something).
also at the course showed us how to build the database.

I would gladly do it myself but I don't know what values are necessary. For example, I know that in order to have bilinear behaviour (which if I have not understood bad also considers the yield) additional values are necessary than the basic ones. Am I right?
