Hello everyone,
I am studying the aerodynamics of a vertical axis wind generator, I designed and meshato the model on gambit, and I made it both a 2d version and a 3d dividing in both cases the mesh in two parts, one for the free current and a supportive part to the turbine blades. the intent is to use mfr on fluent. here arises the problem, i.e. how do I make the current to start the turbine?
until now in the tests that I conducted I set the rotation speed of the turbine, moreover in these tests I did not come to a convergence of the residuals, but the cures become flat (some have suggested that I can still consider the reliable soluzone).
thanks in advance for the help.
