window position new part

Good morning;
If v19.
in assembly, normally, when placing a new part opens a new window.
Now it doesn't happen anymore, i.e. when selecting the side on edgebar, it inserts it directly into the assembly even if the setting of the options does not require it.
Do you have any suggestions?Thank you.

Sometimes you have to force solid edge to "reread" certain settings and certain commands.
I would try to put the flag, save and close files and programs, then reopen the program and re-remove the flag.
Have you tried yet?

I tried without changing anything, but then I found that the malfunction only comes with some parts!
I'm trying to figure out why.

Maybe that behavior does it with the parts for which the mating relationships are stored.
have you noticed if when you do, the piece you are inserting already appears with a highlighted surface?
