autocad mac 2011 - lack of configuration plotting styles and lwdisplay

Bye to all,
recently I am using the trial version of autocad 2011, on mac. I have a problem regarding the press. I can't edit pens, or better edit ctb, as well as autocad version win. I read that you can't edit pens (a big autodesk bug on the mac version). It seems very strange. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

nothing strange, it's not a bug. Look how many things are missing compared to the win version.

it is rotten, it is not a bag; but what sense does it have to insert print styles that can then be changed?? I have to remember at this point to set all layers, when I start a drawing! is the only way to import ctb files from other pcs, like windows? You think so.

variable lwdisplay on off.
if there is not this variable it probably means that it is not possible what you ask.
or may exist, but there is no functionality, as always says in the link above:

"system variables for missing features may still exist and be editable but will have no affect if the accompanying feature is not included. they have been kept to help preserve scripting compatibility"

many commands have been simplified, many settings have been reduced, I have to say according to logic mac, but the problem of printing is really serious, in my modest opinion!

a question, pr: to avoid that donnies should type that command every time, does not exist by chance (in vers.2010/11) a "toggle" switch like what I have on my map2006?

it exists, in Italian sln, but perhaps in the mac has been removed, given the different interface.

I saw some screenshots of the mac, it looks like that "changer" isn't there.
There's a high resolution here:

I understand... who knows if you can reassign a function key, editing the accelerators section of the acad.mnu file as you did in my time.

you could associate, e.g.:

• lwdisplay=on al tasto f4
• lwdisplay=off al tasto f5

could do so in customization of the user interface. but I do not know if this option (command) is present in autocad mac.
