hello to all, good return to those who made holidays and good continuation to all others:d

Today I asked for help as I was looking for a system or tool to improve the aesthetics (but also safety) of a ns piece, in short, it is a rectangular tubular of 80x20x2 l=200mm, which, on the faces of 80mm is passed by a mug mill.

the problem is that in the inside, often remains a bad, big and dangerous gag, very difficult to eliminate: in fact that in the workshop they had already tried with
- manual deburring (those with hook to mean us)
- I'll get it.
- Lima... :
- ...

but all systems have turned out to be long or ineffective. . . Turning around the net, I saw various dusters for pipes of pvc or aluminum, but for the iron I found nothing.. .

Would you give me some advice that could avoid using laser 3d?

Thank you! ! !

How beautiful! I had never seen it...
I have already called to bologna, I wait for their answer

ps: x the chronicle the tube is 70x20x1,5mm (I hope it is not too thin... it is enough to remove the gag without much bevelling. . )
a system patented by me...
You know the dremel type harassment? If you have such a thing in your house, take a cylindrical pole of diameter smaller than the hole you have to drool, in the back with a carborundum bar realize a bevel big enough to about 45°, insert "the electro utensile" (or tire like what we have of the bosch!) in the hole and turn, you just have a slight pressure to blow up the bava, and tested with very rognose bave in very difficult to reach locations!

Bye!

Ah... so not a sort of bare as I had understood at first, but a mole shaped to "t" ... is not an idea to discard, although I believe that evidence with the classic "frullino" pneumatic+fresa ø10 of steel has already been tried. . .

In any case thank you 1000, I wait for the answer of the debater (which if it works with our thicknesses would "give us" 4 bevels in one shot only) and if it costs too much respect the expectations, I will give a voice in the workshop :d
