creo elements/direct drafting 18.0 con windows 7 64 bit

Good morning gentlemen
I'd like to know if some other person is experiencing the same problems I'm finding.
I use creo elements/direct drafting 18.0, creo elements/direct modeling 18.0 with annotation, for a few months I have replaced the hardware from a hp z400 8gb ram nvidia picture fx1800 8gb ms windows xp 64 bit to a hp z420 16 gb ram nvidia picture 2000 16gb ms windows 7 64 bit .
I found a consistent loss of performance, especially in drafting 18.0. to make a trivial shift of a figure in "raster" mode, the figure during the shift flashes. the problem also arises in other applications I create, much less obvious, but there are.
Last observation, I noticed that the applications block with a much higher fragmentation than in the previous installation.
Does anyone have a solution to the problem?

I would like to point out that this type of problem was found in the 1990 cad unix.
no one has drafting 18.0 or 18.1 installed on pc with windows 7 to 64 bit?

I did a test on v17 and v18.1 with the same file, and actually 18.1 is much slower than 17. I don't know if there's any options to set.

I'm sorry, but I can't attach a file (I feel like I'm a shady)
however it is very simple:
make a square 500x500, the ruot1 of 3 degrees in its top, example below left and copy it 120 times. After trying to move the figure by holding it hooked (example I want to make a layout and I want to see if there is the car I designed in a certain position), in December the operation was fluid now it is to commit suicide

Try to turn off the areo effects when you use the 2d... it should come back like the good old days... .

I use "creo elements/direct modeling 18.0 with annotation" on windows 7 professional 64bit with pc of the precision t5500 (xeon quad-core 2.93ghz - nvidia picture 4000 - 6gm ram) and at performance level it's okay.
