Good morning, everyone.
I don't know if mine is actually a problem, but after doing a lot of tests, and a lot of research in the guide, I decided to ask you experts.
I find myself mirroring a part of sheet without copy. I can't:36_1_28: but is it possible to do it? ? ?

thanks to all those who will answer me

I think you have to create a configuration, but I confess I have not understood the problem... are you in the environment together?

I left a lot of details. It's a multi-lame part, and I'd like to mirror it without leaving the original.

if you are working on the side file it is not possible to mirror interrupting the link with the original. But you can do it by the assist. if your part is not already in a set you create one specially and from there the mirrors creating the new part and interrupting the link with the original

I tried to mirror the multilamiera part file in a set where there are other parts, it gives me a message like this:
"This function has not been implemented for models with multiple base functions of sheet metal (some may be hidden)".... and does not proceed in operation :36_1_28:

try to do as I told you: insert the part into a new empty set and mirror it from that creating the new file and interrupting the link with the original.
If I still give you that message I assume that the part is shaped so that swx cannot mirror it. if you can post the side file here

Nothing to do. beginning to think that the part coming from several sketches, is not easily "treatable". I'm going to make an important part, so now I can settle for that.

except if I posted the file in five minutes it would have solved... But anyway, you have two possibilities:
1-specify the part as from photo. result: independent and parametric file.
2-specify the body, as from photo erasing the native body with "body drop", result: you will have a body editable by the sketch of the hidden body.
If it isn't any of these possibilities, it means I don't understand.

Hi.
I made a video.

I tried them all, or almost all (I hope to be wrong), but the problem still persists. a multi-lame part, does not mirror if you do not copy.

I can't believe it. also works with the multibody.
I don't ask you to post the file because if you wanted it you would have done it already.

freddygol in the profile indicates to use swx2012 and with that version it is not possible to mirror multibody plates by interrupting the link to the original part (so it seemed he needed to make our friend), for that I proposed to pass from the assieme creating the new file and interrupting the link with the original part.
with 2013, you who are avant-garde than me  , is it possible to mirror the multibody plates by interrupting the link also on the side?

because freddygol can't mirror even from the axieme remains a mystery, at least until the file of incriminated part is placed.

I'd like to post it, but I can't do it... cmq from the axieme opens a window with the message I wrote above.
still a little... I'm in!

to remove it from "solid frames"...

@freddygol, since you don't place it, I publish a multibody 2012 file with its mirror counterpart.
follow the directions I gave to marcof.
Besides, if you just want to mirror only one body, delete the bodies you don't care and the mirrored file will only have that body.
In the mirror tree you'll have the body erased but rub it.
I had to send my colleague who still has 2012 to drink coffee... At my expense!

... and click on ste options... I don't know.

vaccaboiamiserialadra, but then say that swx sleeps on his feet and is not even able to understand alone when he has to remove a flag according to the context. all you have to tell him...

However, I keep aside this valuable advice in case (unrobable) I happen to have to work seriously with the plates.
