autocad architecture 2015 and hardware acceleration

hello to all
I recently installed autocad architecture 2015 in my pc but I can't in any way activate hardware acceleration. here is a screenDoes anyone have a solution? advice?

c is written off...it should be written on if it was activated.. .

It's a switch. . .currently set to on, if you want to turn it off you must move the control to off. your acceleration should be active and you also understand it from the phrase that says "disactivate only if there are problems of graphics.... "
but if you click on the switch what happens?

if I click on the switch nothing happens. I repeat, the acceleration is disabled otherwise I should check out all the various caselline to check related to graphic performance such as antialisiing, shadows etc. for a further proof that it is disabled you place this screen:Can you see the hardware acceleration button? here's the one to be active should be blue, but it's grey because it's disabled.

Yes. I put the last available from May 26th.

I came to the sp2 but nothing to do.. .

hi, if it can be useful I installed autocad architecture 2015 in English and then the Italian language pack.
Now, if I open the software from the connection to the English language, the hardware acceleration works regularly, if I close and reopen it from the connection to the Italian language, the hardware acceleration is deactivated and not activated.
