creation of unseen eps files in photoshop

Hi, it is the first time I write in this forum and I begin with a question (maybe banal) about creating an eps file from dwg.
at the moment I use autocad 2015 student version on windows 8.1 and I would need to export a file (a portion of drawing precisely cut out with the tool "window") to work in photoshop cs6.
I have already made plottermanager, I have added the postscript level 1 plus printer (for the truth I have also added the other two), and I then went to the creation of the file making plot, setting the drawing (sheet size, window pane, transparencies, visualization styles, center print and finally the scale that in my case is 2:1). I created the file and opened it in photoshop but there is nothing. a transparent file is created without anything inside it. Of course, I wasn't sure I didn't create the white layer from below.
I also add that the size of the created eps file is very small, about 17 kb. This could be a feeling that something went wrong.

thanks in advance!

then why don't you ask "teachers" and "all" your advisors why your output in eps doesn't work? . . .

because they are not available to give explanations in this sense and beyond all times tighten. I have no way to see them before a week and I certainly can't stay a week without working in autocad/photoshop.

to the eye and cross, am I wrong some passage?

It's obvious and obvious, however, that if I had any other sources I would certainly not have written here!

It's obvious and clear that if someone knew the answer, they would have given it to you before, unless they even noticed your request.
because simply did not attend the forum in recent days.
rather I was amazed by your statement:"because they are not available to explain in this sense"But I wonder then, what teachers do you have?
personally, while knowing them, I've never been through eps, so I don't know what to answer.
maybe you will have + luck in the other forum ...... I sincerely hope for you.

Hi.
It happens very often that while viewing and knowing of a certain request it does not respond for laziness or "snobbery" towards those who asked. That is, however, that in the face of a banal request it tends not to respond.
teachers who don't even teach autocad, so...

All right, so would you also recommend using pdf format? also for sampling?

edit : which virtual printer do you use for creating pdf file? pdf? What's the best?

I also recommend pdfs, with which I always found myself well.
Maybe if I had tried the eps now I would answer those.......... But it wasn't, I just know they just exist.

as for the virtual printer to use, if not erro, when you install adobe reader then you also get out the pdf adobe printer under win.
that can already be good, but also what you quote.

If you want to know what I chose, well my choices are a little + sophisticated:
- pdfcreator is the first, and you find it here:http://www.pdfforge.org/pdfcreatormaybe a little + hostile to use and/or set, otherwise:
international first PDFhttp://www.primopdf.com/really very simple and reliable, I would say this to begin.
then just search the network and find many more, maybe even better.
Hi.

There is This is what discussion about creating pdf files.
I am well with cutewrite (the one indicated by meccbell in post #5) that allows me to create pdf from anything, from internet pages, to dwg drawings or solidworks, simply using the print function.

I also used skinwrite, but long ago, before moving to pdfcreator before, and firstpdf after.
I should still have it installed in the old pc, the previous one.

Hi.
I had a lot more luck.

solved: The problem was that I was printing with transparencies. I got a white sheet, now it's all in the norm. the transparencies will go, therefore, put in photoshop.
