photoview 360 crashes after launch

hello to all I have a huge problem on my working machine where from a few days with solidworks 2012 fired (it's corporate pc) at the launch of photoview 360 these is activated, launches the preview window (but has the same behavior with the final rendering) load 25mb from task manager and then after a few minutes automatically closes the program to make... (solidworks continues to work)....
Has anyone happened yet?

2012 I haven't used it for a while, but I have no memories of a similar problem... is hardware certified for solidworks? What video card is on that pc? Is ram enough? are all files you need to render in the current version of solidworks or are there in the previous version?
if the hardware is ok you may try to reset the user settings. to make it enter the system logs and go to hkey_current_user > software.
do dx button on solidworks >port to wash out the settings externally. then delete the solidworks folder and try again. if you crash again the problem was not this and you can reactivate your settings by double-clicking on the exported file. if it works, you should reconfigure your settings by hand.
