hello to all, I just wrote  unfortunately I have a problem with ansys 16.0 that at the end of calculation gives me the following phrase "maximum contact stiffness is too big" and I don't know what to do.I tried different ways:
- I split the various surfaces
- I used augmented lagrange formulation
- I changed the connection type
but nothing, it keeps giving me this mistake.
in particular it is two fork plates, pin and forks all shaped on solidworks; the strange thing is that the bond of the forks with the upper plate considers it, but that with the lower plate does not digest it prorio!! in the result the forks penetrate the lower plate, why?
with the following photo you should better understand the geometry and problem of the two plates
