Hello everyone
I have a 3d model of a chemical plant in the form of shipworks files (.nwd) with full elements of attributes such as line number, diameter, etc...
I would need two things:
- extract the isometric sketches of the pipes, possibly even using other software
- have a list of all the "pieces" that make up the plant, possibly orderable for attributes

Do you think there's a way to do that?

by navisworks certainly not. maybe with autocad plant 3d, but I don't think you can translate the nwd file in dwg and its database

navisworks has tools for qto, you should understand which "attributes" you have available

as has already told you nw tristan you will get nothing except displaying all attributes.
if in addition to the nwd file you have all the files of the structure (dwg or dgn) you can try something but I see it hard too.

dwg can be obtained from the nwd file.
clearly a mute dwg, only solids and/or surfaces; and it must be hoped that they came out well.
Sometimes you don't. :

If I remember well, I exported the fbx file from naviswork I passed it to microstation and pulled out the dwg.

thanks tristan for the link to the tube footage, I save it immediately.
