Good morning.
I shaped a three-dimensional shape formed by two mesh and two surfaces (the base and top). Now I would like to turn this figure into a solid. How can I do that? Is there a command or procedure to join more mesh or surfaces to form a single solid?

If you built it with the loft command you can decide already on departure whether to build that figure as solid or as a surface. the loft command has in fact the subcommand "mode" with which you decide whether it will be built as solid or as surface.
otherwise build a closing surface both at other and below. join the union command all surfaces and go to the mesh menu. convert to solid.

another option could be this:
always building the closing surfaces, then joining all surfaces. drown completely the surface that you have built in a solid parallelepiped, beautiful foul abundant. Pull command, select the parallelepipedo, choose surface as a cutting surface and select the surface you created. delete the parallelepiped and you will find two equal figures. one that is surface and the other that is solid. .

the problem is that the mesh made them as coons surfaces, combining 4 polylinear profiles. while having refined the surface of the mesh of the vertical body, the profile of the base surface will never fit perfectly with that of the vertical mesh (because of the approximation of the surfatb 1 and surftab 2), therefore does not make me join the two surfaces... I think the best solution is to increase the "level lines" and use the "loft" command. Thanks again.

I did some tests, the coons surfaces do not join with the striped surfaces, unless they turn them into surfaces. It seems like a piece of words, but once you create coons and striped surfaces, transforming them all with the "transform to surface" command they join once the union command.
But the resulting figure cannot be transformed into solid. probably for the same reason you indicated.
not even with the drowning procedure in the parallelepiped. autocad refuses to make the tranch for surface and not the intersection between the parallelepiped and the surface.
 
with the loft command you can combine cross sections, guidelines, trajectories and tangent corners. you can create a single external surface and then join it to other surfaces creating a solid
