I in the office have adobe dc v.2020.009.20065 and in the settings I do not have that item to be checked.
to disable the app container function I must remove the check from "active mode protected at startup".
I do not know if it is a procedure that can lead to security problems.

to me in acrobat just zooms and the pan of the page... to scroll like scroll is there any particular setting?
