I found the relaese real_hack_7.0.0.exe in youtube ho trovato questo video : solidworks 2019 activate real view graphic by real hack viewthat helped me a lot and I solved the problem.
so with nvidia geforce gt 630m I can use my software as if I had the recommended cards from solidworks.
