I'll give you reason. on the heel instead I think if you pull the vertical row of the left wall to the bottom, a piece you should see on the collar even below.

come dice @massivonweizen I just shaped the piece according to what I could see. and what I have seen is that the under heel is not there (@sleepers has clarified graphically what I have deduced). the hole from 14 can be passed or not. from the data in our possession is correct both my interpretation, and that of massivonweizen with the passing hole (the hole of schrödinger?)
