Good morning, I would have found a problem with surface controls. at work I have solidworks 2021 professional sp5.1, when I do any kind of surface, whether it is trivial or complex. the flattening surface is always in grey and not selectable. Can you give me some advice? Is it not that somewhere on the settings I have to put some flags? but I have already checked there are not many flags that concern the surfaces.

Hi.
the flattened command is available only in sheet metal environment, not so surfaces.
if you create an object in by means of surfaces, then you have to convert it into sheet to flatten it.
