I gave an eye to the video and the cpu is too exploited for what little you're doing. try to close all applications and work only with solidworks. you had a lot of open chrome cards and chrome uses gpu (not cpu). I'll tell you he uses it embarrassingly.

you have enabled "use opengl software" and that's it. you must have solidworks open but no document uploaded, go to that tab and disable the option I just told you. I'll get you an image of my card.

respect the "open chrome cards and chrome uses gpu (not cpu). I will tell you that you use it embarrassingly" I didn't have many open ones, usually I have 5/6 windows each with 30÷60 open tabs and I never had big problems, but, Is there a way to tell chrome to use the cpu and let the gpu stay?

I don't know. I haven't investigated yet. When I get out of the bench where I am and I have a little time I will try to deepen.

I tried to disable hardware acceleration and it seems that chorme no longer uses gpu.
It is used by " desktop management", but I disabled the internal video card from bios.
