download 3d model of old fanuc robot

Hello in a palettizzazione island I have to recover a robot fanuc anthropomorfo m 410 ib with written in small under 160
going to the fanuc site I can't even find it because maybe it came out of production what can resemble him more is the m-410ib/700 model, but it makes me download only the datasheet in German and English even if I'm already registered.
Maybe I have to change the recording parameters?

I downloaded the two models that should resemble us more in parasolid format, there is someone so kind that can convert them into step, I tried converters found (cad exchanger) online but I do not receive confirmation email

thanks to both, I managed to import them even if it lacks the drill that joins the robot to its base, but I think it is so also in the original model since it is assumed that the complete robot is then tiled to the ground; I assume that you have used solidworks to make conversion, however slowly I will try to use a free converter.
