Good evening,

I am designing with inventor a return screw for a winder, creating the two specular channels was simple, through the "coil" command, the problem is to create a connection in the initial part where the two channels meet and create a gentle movement for the nail that flows into it.

I've tried a little bit of everything, but I can't handle it.

excuse the banality of the question, but the command recounts after creation does not recognize the edge?
an option could be to create a fitting on the axis of the plan you use to mirror, have you tried yet?

roads can be multiple and depends on the result you want to get.
if the radius is constant you can add the connection directly into the sketch of the processing.
What version do you use of inventor?
to the limit can you post the file so that other users can do evidence?

hi, version 2021, I managed to export on fusion360 to apply the fitting or "fillet", at first sight the result is, but at mechanical/geometrical level I do not know if it is valid, having inserted a value to the fillet totally arbitrary. I attach the file.

can you post the native inventor file so as to evaluate the work you performed?

Here, practicalmante I performed two coils from a profile resulting in bolean subtraction.
