1:1 scale printing

Good morning, I can't print in scale 1:1 on sheet a4 anymore.

below illustrate the steps I always do:

drawing:Print interface:
printing selection window:
Print preview:and I seem to proceed well, but the result is a print that is not scale 1: 1 on the sheet.... .

same thing if I use "extension elements" instead of " window elements"


Where am I missing? ! ?

I reinstalled the printer, changed the design, drew a single line...nothing....

Have you tried to print? what scale revenues?
It doesn't look so out of scale.

Of course I tried, when I mix with the meter on the paper sheet the measurements do not match.
But it's an operation I've done thousands of times I don't regret why it doesn't work!

I could verify, with another printer it's okay. Let's see if I can figure out how to fix it.

Well, I managed to solve by downloading the printer drivers from the manufacturer's website and updating those windows automatically install.
It never happened to me.
