can you recommend, if there are, sites that offer mathematical conversion services in 3d formats such as catia/nx/solidworks in parasolid or step and vice versa?

that I know are all paid, they are plugins to be installed in your cad that does as an importer. even here there would be to be laughed because the import result is not qualitatively valid sometimes

As for me it is not a problem to have a paid service: but the classic plugin would prefer a cloud compunting solution like saas on demand.
perhaps with a contract to guarantee privacy and a great quality of conversion without loss of information (corrupted surfaces, etc...).
