add spline control points

I would like to ask if someone can advise me how to add control points for a spline

I am in modalita conceptual mass revit 2010
I have a surface with basic splines, but I would like to add control points without having to recreate the surface from a new spline

mathematically, you can. add a parameter, add an equation, the other parameters you had... said done.

In fact, if you can see what are the control points* you can make a new spline that passes through all points (then actually the effort to redesign it is minimal) and in addition it has the new.

(*) spline, that means vertices belonging to the curve, the splines do not admit external vertices (of envelope). If you see them, that means you're talking about a cloud.

add a control point in general, doesn't mean doing it in revit. If it bothers you so much that I give you a hand even where I don't have specific experiences, ask questions better.

I found this:

change of a spline

select the spline.
click the Edit Group Lines tab edit splineaggiung control or delete control.
choose add control to add a control point to the spline. position the cursor on the rope of a spline and observe the status bar. when reference is displayed, click to place a control.
a control point is added to the centre of the rope.

choose eliminates control to eliminate a control point from the spline. select a control point to delete.
the spline settles after the removal of the control point.

to move a control point, drag it into the new position.
to move the ends of a spline, select the spline.
to move the entire spline, drag the controls of the ends, displayed as blue points.
to change the spline curve between the end point and the next control point, select the end control, press tab, then drag the end control point.
