adjust visibility grip to block size

Good morning to all, I have already tried to see if there were discussions about the subject but I did not find anything exhaustive, so I opened a new conversation. I created a block that consists of a 90° pvc elbow, I added the visibility parameter with the various sizes of the commercial elbow, (16mm, 20mm, 25mm, ... until 315mm), to finish I added a rotational parameter. all this to speed up mainly the phase of revision of the project, without going to recharge a elbow of another measure, it would suffice to change the visibilty.
We come to the therefore, I would like the grip of visibility and rotation to adapt to the size of the block, at the moment it remains firm at the same point and having elbow diameters of different sizes on the very large ones comes out a point of origin, visibility and rotation no longer succeeding to select the desired parameter. How can I solve this?
to make you understand better I attach the file, maybe it could also be useful to someone.

Thank you.

the visibility and rotation parameter always remain at the point where they are inserted in the block.
for which you have 3 routes:
1) put them somewhere that is not so close to insertion, so as to facilitate your life;
2) put a rotation parameter for each visibility status (smart, since all parameters will have to rotate all others)
3) put only 1 and use a scale parameter to change the size of objects (including rotation) - this to be refined, I throw it down like this.

I thank you crystal, I hoped there was something more technical, some method using the parameters, the first point is difficult because as I said the diameters of the smaller elbow and the larger one have ratio 1:20 and I would still find myself wrong, the clearing is true that it is Moroccan but it solves me only the problem of rotation and not that of visibility and the third having constant relationships of thicknesses, diameters, widths, etc.
I looked around and I saw someone using dynamic control for the screws but I don't know how to throw it down with the elbows at 90°.
Any ideas?

Well the visibility will put it close to the insertion point, the others on the edge of its state view
