Good evening, everyone!
How many of you use advance steel? I had the opportunity to use it for modeling and restitution of various details, but by self-taught I failed to obtain good results (in my opinion).
Does anyone have any advice on the program? I have another small structure to model and I would like to have a better result
Unfortunately from the tutorials I can not well understand for example changes for the design processes.. .
I would have so many questions to ask but I would like to know first of all if there is someone who uses it and intends to do so. . .

when you go to create drawings, through design processes you will choose a suitable style. If you don't like it, you'll change it through the document manager and change the prototype.
by prototype, quickly said, it is called the cartilage, testatina etc.

I ask for help.. are the first weapons with advance steel ...how do you change the height of the plan by moving all the relative joints of the elements belonging to the plan? by analogy with autocad I could use motive or strech but the command does not work.... with move some elements are moved in height but the joint boxes do not move.

hello, the height of the plan changes from the menu of the work plans, however, if you did not apply the starting and arrival points of the column element does not work the operation. Moreover, the same speech applies to horizontal beams.
regarding copying, moving etc., I recommend using the "advanced copy" command. being a command created specifically for as, it is good to use that rather than the classic "copy" command of autocad.

I also created a new rectangular section for a pillar in c.a. but if I generate a new section to be adopted for a foundation beam this section does not see... there is only the default program that is 50x80... How do you do that?

hi, to generate views to the various levels, alignments and what else I recommend to use the "camere", instead for the generation of axioms and individual parts automated processes.
as regards the question of the c.a. I never used the program for these things, so on this I can't help you, I'm sorry
