ansys stopped working

Hello, everyone!

I'm a polytechnic torino student and I have a problem with ansys. when launching the command solves the program stops working and the message of windows "mechanical apdl program has stopped working". the strange thing is that until a few days ago it didn't happen and then suddenly without my conscious changes it started to happen what I described you and happens with any code I try to launch. Reached to solve ansys command stops working.

hi, I was the same thing some time ago repeating the analysis several times (modifying the temperature) without indicating to the program the new analysis (static) from time to time ....is it not that you could post the complete txt file with the list of all commands? (what creates the software in the folder where you saved the file to tell us)

from the vision of the error seems that some program prevents ansys from performing the operation,it could be the antivirus..or the program needs some update...but I'm not sure as being a memory error turns out (at least personally) difficult to interpret...any way try to affect the solutor (type pcg,solver in the command prompt of ansys mechanical apdl continue)

in my experience, antivirus with ansys has always created problems.
I have the ds but the antivirus always blocks it and therefore I must remember to disable it.

the problem persists:

typing pcg,solver tells me that it is an unrecognized command.

Sorry you're right, I wanted to say "eqslv,pcg" ..if nothing changes I don't know exactly what to tell you... at most send me the txt file with all the commands (what starts with /batch at the top to everything )...I have to take another look later. .

It's a big news. if I launch a solution with about 100 knots it's okay, if I increase the nodes the program crashes. Maybe I have to increase the ram that can use ansys? You know how to do it?

I have a very similar problem but I can't solve it.
If I use the solver command, after a while when it's spreading solver- reordering equations, it stops me, mechanical apdl program has stopped working. and then it closes. if I run the same commands on other computers instead the analysis is completed. If someone is how to solve it, thank you very much
