array extraction in table

hello to all I am luca, I just signed up and I am new to the forum. I have a pretty trivial problem I think but, in previous works with ansys I never found myself facing:
I have created arrays (size nx1), and filled them with solution values, I can plot them in ansys but I can't in any way extract them either as a text line or as a table;
Does anyone know how to make for table extraction (excel type format)?
