attributes present but not displayed on autocad 2009 and 2010

Good morning to all,
I happen more and more often to receive files in 2d with missing attributes on the drawing folder;
drawings come from an external study that designs with solid work and exports the table mass in dwg, but if displayed with autocad 2009 or 2010 they are not visible or present within the block (attedit) if I open the same files with autocad 2006 they are visible and compiled perfectly.

I have verified the settings of some variables (attmodes or visatts) but also viewing the invisible attributes these do not appear anyway.

I installed all the service packs but I didn't see any changes.

as can be seen in the right cartouche (open with autocad 2010) lack data that instead are in the left one (open with autocad 2006); others instead there are on both (such as the date and number of drawing).
All of them are blocking attributes.

some hypotheses:
- are on deactivated or frozen layers
- have the same color as the background
- the text is covered by a mask
- in the original design were not attributes

unfortunately none of your hypotheses are decisive,
I'm thinking about a silk variable differently about new autocads than previous versions in 2009.
In fact, if you issue the attributes of the block with the 2006 data there are and you see, opening the same design with the 2009 or 2010 version not only disappeared graphically but also editing the block no longer exist (there are no texts but the blank field).

what makes me even more strange is that the texts of some attributes have disappeared and not all those present within the block, I checked the characteristics of the texts but no one is set as "invisible".

I also installed the service packs but did not solve the problem.

There must be a solution!
