autocad 2010 lento su windows 7 home 64 bit

when I had the 2009 version on xp/x86_32 I had made a conversion tool - with its visualbasic - dwg (so that it turned me drawings made with cadam, pro/engineer, etc... in autocad mechanical drawings) and now I migrated it on 64bit machines.

the code is the same, yet the processing is much slower; I have not made a comparison to equal design, but the feeling that it is clearly slower to elaborate is there.
I answer myself.

I made comparison and there is no comparison; on windows xp 32 bit / autocad mechanical 2009 the processing of the same design takes a few seconds when on the above machine we are in order of 3/4 hour !!!

my impression is that on 64bit machines has problems, in particular the visualbasic module (which, among other things, is no longer understood ... but this since 2010, seems to me).

It's what I didn't report to autodesk, but maybe it's the case.

the problem is precisely the vba that slows in a clamorous autocad, even in the carrying out of commands that do not imply the vba itself.
I personally converted vba routines into lisp, finally I have way to use autocad on x64 without problems.

bye

ah, so tell me it's really vba. having removed it from the autocad they are wallpaper against any complaints I fear.

the problem is that I developed the tool on x64 and it no longer works on x32, shoots strange errors that I do not understand; In practice, I'm screwed, I'm so busy because I don't know Lisp.

Thanks for the answer.
