autocad 2012 crashes into startup on acmgd.dll

Good morning to all, I hope I've posted the right place!

are a few days that autocad 2012 crashes me in startup on the acmgd.dll file and I have to interrupt it and then let it restart.

The strange thing is that it crashes when I click on a dwg file to open it, but it starts smoothly if I open the program from its icon.... so I don't understand what the problem is.

I hope someone can help me understand why files are not going but from its executable yes!
