autocad 2012 - news

already seen this morning... but really productive?
and I am waiting to judge better also revit... I hope they were made steps forward.. .

p.s.: thanks tristan for your work!

Does this version have the possibility to exploit architectures with 4 core processors, dual sli video cards, 6 or more ram gb?
In short, the hardware management limits already raised on this forum?

eheh... of really productive little in my modest opinion; I find very useful the new ucs icon and "intelligent" grips (already seen in part in 2011) but really innovative not much. as I said some time ago, this 2012 somewhat disappointed me in terms of new features...the quiet after the storm? we hope not, also because labs is working a lot (with this release is also installed inventor fusion technology and a plugin to communicate with autocad). I'm convinced we'll still see some good ones.

h...I would like to say that it is not a matter for the Commission.; I find very useful the new ucs icon and "intelligent" grips (already seen in part in 2011) but really innovative not very. as I said a few days ago, this 2012 a little disappointed me in terms of new features...the quiet after the storm? we hope not, also because labs is working a lot (with this release is also installed inventor fusion technology and a plugin to communicate with autocad). This is because of the few or almost no noises during the beta phase (non-disclosure commitment apart for betatesters).
silence is probably due to the fact that there will be no revolutionary and very significant news.

Sorry, I'm gonna go a little ot, but autocad for android, right? Just iphogne? Do you know anything? ....

eventually perhaps one of the best news is "importing files in iges, catia, rhino, pro/engineer and step format".

finally a minimum of communication with the most popular drawing formats.

Well, the .3dm import really wanted us!

after reading http://autodesk.blogs.com/files/autocad_2012_preview_guide_en.pdf I have to believe a little, there are no eclarant novelties, but I think the improvements made in the interaction with objects are a great thing, I think it is not a disappointment this 2012 and I hope they continue on this road.

p.s.: after reading... we say after seeing the figures and trying to interpret English... For me I don't speak and read for nothing.

You played well anyway.
and this was one of the reasons why someone of our knowledge  was in doubt whether to renew or not the subscription.

I think the version for Android late because the tablet version just came out, and I think only on the motorola is installed.
I believe it is important to import cad formats, although sincerely it is absurd that they have used so much to implement it. But let me understand, is fusion already included? If you are a great thing for modeling, even if I think it's still farraginous and a little slow, correct me if I'm wrong. :

Yes, it is included and there is a plugin to pass the model from autocad to inv fusion directly...I played a little with the tp4, 2012 I opened it and closed it, I don't know how high it is, but it is a nice toy!
