" tester shall notify autodesk immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized use or disclosure of confidential information or any other breach of this agreement by tester, its employees or consultants, and will cooperate with autodesk in every reasonable way to help autodesk regain possession of the confidential information and prevent its further unauthorized use or disclosure."basically the testers should in turn check that the info does not go out from the 4 walls.
but for the rest I agree with you that it is still free advertising, that to autodesk probably not sorry (although, I repeat, I do not think it is their work).
