I am a neophyte of autocad 3d but I would like to know if there is a way to insert within a 3d block that I was given, custom properties that this object must have, and then insert the object with these custom properties in revit architecture

as "data" in a block you can only insert attributes, but you can't put on things that will then "be seen" by other software. . .
