autodesk inventor 2022 - export the project as individual parts

Good morning, I have a 3d model made with inventor and I need to export the various objects that make it as separate obj files. in export options I found the item: export only one file, one file per instance of the part (which generates thousands of small obj) but lacks the option that allows to export the individual parts "parent" and therefore not all the objects that make it. I attach a couple of screens that may clarify my doubt.

the first image shows the two files I would like to select and export separately.

I don't know the obj file, but if it doesn't automatically do it, I create the simplified part and carry that.

Okay. on the official forum says this:

• only one file for selection. creates a separate file for each solid body or selected component. in axiemi, it only includes the main file in a selection. not available for assemblies if you select all visible items in the dialog box send to 3d printing service. available for parts only when selected option is selected.

I don't understand what you mean by the last sentence... I don't understand this "selected" option.
