bentley microstation

Hello everyone, I looked in the forum but I did not find any discussion on this program, I hope someone uses it . I have installed on my PC the microstation of the bentley obviously I have no knowledge of the program; in the initial screen for modeling in 2d (I attach a file) I have the grid that is not aligned with the axes and if I try to create a line, for example along the axis x does not come out anything, it seems that go in all other direction .... I tell you that I have searched and found many guides on the net, but no one of these
What do I have to configure to make it work like a normal 2d autocad?
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have an update, I would say that when these things happen there is only to lose the head.... I have installed the same program in the virtual machine (the same operating system), I attach the image to you.. the program is perfectly working, I thought of a compatibility problem, maybe with the video card but then I abandoned the idea because installing it on a laptop with different s.video does the same thing, could then be some program already installed on the pc that does not make it work properly for incompatibility? ?
Any suggestions?

Hello everyone and thank you for all those who read and found interest in the discussion, in the last episode I posted the correct functioning of the microstation in a virtual machine while not working properly on a pc with s.o. windows 10 64 bit. at this point arise doubts about a possible compatibility problem with something already installed on the pc, I begin to remove some program (e.g. autocad...) but nothing to do ... I installed the microstation on my laptop with a clean system, without software installed and, even in this case, nothing to do, useless even when I uninstalled some update of the s.o. then... I decide to uninstall the video drivers (I had nothing to try) and magically works perfectly.
I did a little research on google inserting as key compatibility issues between nvidia (video card in question) and microstation and apparently it is not a new problem:
