blocks connected to a database access

Good evening to all, I am new to the forum. I hope I put the post in the appropriate section.
I have to make a series of drawings regarding electrical systems of housing, and since I have a database with the list and the names of the various boxes of derivatives I wanted to know if it was possible to elect that connect the database record to the block of the junction box, create a text box, which automatically showed the name of the box

I solved my problem, practically wrong to give the base point of the block, leaving it 0.0.0. so when from the table I went to create associated labels, the label was inserted out of the block
