Hello everyone,
I have a problem with contour conditions settings in a cylindrical cohort system.
in ansys wb v11 it is very easy to create a cylindrical coordinate system, but you cannot choose such reference when you go to impose "remote displacement".
in a cylindrical coordinate system (x,y,z) where
-x is the axial direction
-y is the circumferential
-z is the radial
I need to block the movements u long x, v long y and w long z and rotation in circle direction.
Looking here and there on forums in English it seemed to me to understand that I should (in classical ansys) create a local cylindrical reference system, rotate the knots in that coordinate system and then impose the conditions.
but the procedure is not clear.
Can anyone help me?
Thank you in advance.
