I am looking for a cad to use in the private with which you can do everything or almost (drawing 2d, drawing 3d, assemblies with links type zipper, joint, ball, asola, etc., drawing of puts in the table and also electrical connections). as a reference it would be great if it was similar to create parametric, since for work I use that, if different it would also suit me.
Does anyone know that they can have a maximum price of 100€?
are excluded (if possible) those with annual or monthly licence payment.

100€???? do they fall to that figure?? Even pirates and craecs do not sell them to that figure.
 
time ago you could download the student version of solid edge, free. try to search for "solid edge student edition".

there was also the personal version of creo direct modeling.

there was finally the "hobbisti" version of alibre design, at little price.
