as I pointed out one does not ask to have perfect machines, but at least that the agreed intervention times are respected.
I had taken a nbd assistance as convinced as it had happened with having the technician in my office the next day, instead I find that this assistance only guaranteed the assignment of the problem within the day after .
You can understand that when one discovers certain "postilles" a clutch is angry, right?

I don't see the technician coming to pick up the car by night I start warming up. . .
Lucky for me, my supplier is 2 km from where I work, so times are always acceptable.
