edit the file and set the variables:
catreferencesettingpath= (put position catsetting administrator)
catcollectionstandard= (put standard position)

right click "execute as administrator

That's not how you enter as an administrator
the procedure is different. .
you need to enter -admin after cnext.exe command in icon properties on desktop

I opened the only file found in catenv and is called "catia_plm_express.v5-6r2021.b31" (my license name) and "catreferencesettingpath=" I have to add "administrator" after that equal?

is not a simple thing to explain with messages

go out saving and then enter with - adminfrom now on all the changes you will make will be saved

copied an existing xml and made all necessary changes

simply when I asked a question about tolerances, I said "I also ask how to make the red center lines automatically" thinking it was a quick thing instead it is not so..
