counter power supply

I apologize since now if the question I'm about to ask may seem trivial. . .
according to you can make a counter power supply using a fixed pc power supply?

depends on what you need and what you need to feed. How much power and how much tension you need....I guess if you tell us what you have to attack...maybe we can even tell you yes or no

PC power supplies have a strong residual ripple. If you need to feed a saw or drill, it's okay, no for a hi-fi or a transceiver canopy or other devices that require a well-established voltage.
