custom toolbar in autocad 2018

Hello.
As from title, I can't add commands in the command bar!
In particular (at this moment) , I wanted to add the snap commands, in the command bar, in the "signs" block.
If I go into the customization of the stumento bar, I can choose the commands to add, choose them, put them in the drawing board, I do apply them, and in the open curtain of customization I see the added commands.
i do apply, I close the customization window, but if I open the design curtain in the multifunction bar, I do not see the added snap commands!
I also tried to restart the program and restart the pc, but still those commands I don't see them!
However, if I reopen the customization curtain, I see that the snap commands are added to the design command block.

that is the tab of the classic toolbar and not the multifunction bar
